Party Bookings

📌 General party rules:

 

Level Up & Colour parties only available for ages 6+
VR parties only available for ages 8+

 

Kids under 6 years old attending a Level Up / Colour party will unfortunately not have access to the VR Arena and will only be able to participate in harnessed activities if the harnesses fit them.
This is for the safety of the kids & to protect our equipment and is
non-negotiable. 

 

Bring your own cake 🧁🎂

No cakeage fee charged. Please bring your own paper plates for serving, as we do not have side plates available for serving cake.
Paper plates are only provided with the Colour Party Package.
 

Compulsory Grip Socks not included

Sold at R40 per pair, but we allow any brand in a suitable condition

 

No outside food, drinks, party packs or unhosted parties allowed

Except for the birthday cake

 

No outside decor allowed

You are welcome to bring table decorations.
No banners or any other items may be attached to our walls.
No poppers, streamers, pinatas, confetti shooters or any items that could fall on the floor are allowed.

 

Selection of Party Packs OR Party Platter for Colour / VR Parties to be confirmed 7 days before the party

If no selection is made, Party Packs will be provided by default.
 

Party room access is available 15min. before your party starts and must please be cleared out within 15min. after your party ends

This allows us enough time between parties for a smooth transition and ensures that each party gets our full attention 😉
 

Any amendments to the booking and add-on items to be finalised and settled 7 days before the party    

No changes on the day of the party.
We prep all parties well in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

 

50% Deposit required upon booking

Balance payable strictly 7 days before your party date
If you are making a booking for a party that is less than 14 days from the party date, please make full payment upon booking.

➡️ Cancellation refund policy:
8+ days before party: 100% refund
Less than 8 days before party: 50% refund
No refund will be issued for cancellations due to no-shows or for any changes on the day of the party.
Rescheduling available up to 8 days before your party date,
subject to availability.
