📌 General play rules:     

 

1-hour play slots are every hour, on the hour

We do not offer 30 min. slots
 

Only players pay the arena rate - entry for spectators are free

Spectators are only allowed as part of a group with active players

 

Grip socks are compulsory

Sold at R40 per pair, but we allow any brand in a suitable condition
 

No play allowed without a signed waiver

 

No "drop-and-go" allowed for Play All Day

Adult presence required at all times

 

 

Kids aged 3-5 years old will unfortunately not have access to the
VR Arena and will only be able to participate in harnessed activities if
the harnesses fit them, as per the weight and height restrictions below.
This is for the safety of the kids & to protect our equipment and is
non-negotiable. 

 

No outside food, drinks, cake, decor or unhosted parties allowed

(Cake, balloons and decor only allowed if you book a Party Package)

 

No food or drinks allowed in the play area, only in the Café

 

Players to adhere to Arena Rules at all times

 

No access to attractions without Arena Staff supervision

 

Access to harnessed activities subject to weight and height restrictions

 

Tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be transferred

No part-refund for time booked will be issued
(examples: you booked Play All Day, but only played for 1 hour / arrived late for your slot).
No refunds or rescheduling will be available for no-shows.
Rescheduling will be available if we are notified at least 4 hours in advance, subject to availability.
